Well, it's been a really hectic couple of weeks and it's time to post an update.
We spent some time at Byron at the start of the month for my birthday and picked up my new kneeboard. It's a bit longer than my last one and should be a good bit faster - just the thing for those Superbank barrels! However the bad news is that I haven't been able to try it out yet - I want to have my first session in good waves - for the moment I'm still waiting.
School is over at last and on Monday Jenny and I are off to Tassie for a fortnight with Jenny's mum. Maybe we'll even see some snow, although the bushfires down there are a worry.
